Second Call Of Duty: Warzone teaser confirms stadium leak
Another streamer has been sent a teaser video for Warzone, that verifies previous rumours and seems to confirm Season 5’s start date.
Yet another rumour about Call Of Duty: Warzone’s Season 5 has been proven true, after streamer Tyler ‘TeePee’ Polchow was sent a short teaser video by Activision.
The video shows the interior of the map’s stadium, which has never previously been seen, and is exactly what was predicted by rumours from earlier in the month.
The teaser comes only a day after NICKMERCS was sent a similar video showing a train, which the same rumours predict will be filled with loot.
There’s also the not unreasonable chance that Call Of Duty 2020 could be unveiled at the Xbox Games Showcase tomorrow, which rather than Warzone itself could be what all this is building up to.
According to Activision themselves Warzone will be sticking around long enough to ‘connect’ with other new Call Of Duty games.
So while the changes to the Verdansk map being teased here are technically only for Warzone they’re also expected to act as hints as to the nature of Call Of Duty 2020 – which is widely expected to be a Black Ops game.
Although the Xbox Games Showcase is a possibility for Call Of Duty 2020 most assume it won’t be properly announced until the start of Season 5 of Warzone, which judging by the date stamp on both these teaser videos is going to be 5 August.
