Fortnite Players Can Now Try MrBeast’s Map

A number of new skins coming to Fortnite made appearances during Chapter 4's launch trailer. One you might have missed was MrBeast. The YouTuber's crossover with Fortnite was confirmed this week, and the Creative Island on which MrBeast's $1 million challenge will take place is now open.

All you need to do to start practicing for the big day is enter the code 7990-6907-8565 in Fortnite Creative. That will take you to the Extreme Survival Challenge Island. There you'll be able to practice in preparation for Saturday on which a competition with a $1 million prize will take place on the island.

Only one player will be taking home the top prize, although another 99,999 will get the Beast Brella Umbrella as a consolation prize. No, it's not nearly as nice as winning $1 million, but with tens of millions of people playing, having that item in your locker will show the rest of the world you're not to be messed with.

Before you enter the island, you'll be placed in a lobby with other players at which point MrBeast himself will appear on multiple screens to explain how the game works. The island is just one platform, on which you will have to perform tasks as they appear on the screen. Things like don't get struck by lightning, and dance on the dance floors. The longer you survive, the more points you get, and the person with the highest score at the end of the challenge on Saturday wins the grand prize.

Before you rush off to start accumulating points, the time you spend on the island between now and the start of the challenge doesn't count. Also, even though you can take part as many times as you like, this isn't a scenario where you need to accumulate points. Only your highest-scoring session will count. Prior to the challenge going live this weekend, MrBeast skins will be available through the in-game store, and some challenges connected to the streamer will be available in Fortnite's regular BR modes.
