Ninja signs with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) – Daily Esports

Everything seems to be coming up Tyler “Ninja” Blevins this year (at least someone is having a good 2020). It wasn’t long ago that Ninja signed a multiyear deal to return to Twitch, and now he has joined the Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

We all already knew that Ninja kicked off his career playing competitive esports and streaming Fortnite. He was also the first streamer to be on the cover of ESPN The Magazine, and not to mention, he created a new shoe with Adidas. He’s had his hand in other creative outlets as well, including publishing a graphic novel. Ninja even appeared on The Masked Singer.

He told The Hollywood Reporter that he wanted to start voice performing, acting, and producing. By signing with the CAA, he’s one step closer to making that happen.

Ninja’s streaming future

Don’t expect too much to change when it comes to Ninja’s passion for gaming and streaming, however. While he’s set on conquering additional entertainment media, there is no way he will break his deal with Twitch. He has 16 million followers on Twitch and 50 million followers overall worldwide. That’s a lot of fans to keep happy and help him stay paid. Not to mention, what better way to garner more support for his future endeavors than with his cultivated following?

Ninja started his career with Halo 3 in 2009, playing with Cloud9, Renegades, Team Liquid, and Luminosity Gaming. He started streaming in 2011 with H1Z1 before moving to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Then of course he moved on to Fortnite, and well, the rest is history. He famously left Twitch in 2019 to stream exclusively on Mixer, and then Mixer shut down just this past summer.

Other parts of his professional career will not change as well. His wife, Jessica Blevins, will continue to be his manager along with attorney Arash Khalili from Loeb & Loeb. It will be interesting, to say the least, to see what comes of Ninja’s new future with CAA.
