British actor Asa Butterfield is the latest addition to the ever-growing Team Liquid family.

Leading actor in two seasons of Netflix’s original Sex Education series, Asa Butterfield is also featured in blockbuster films such as The Boy In The Striped Pajamas, Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children, Ender’s Game, and Martin Scorsese’s drama Hugo, but he has never hidden his geek side.

Though Team Liquid did not share any details on Butterfield’s signing, he has experience in the competitive side of esports as a Super Smash Bros.Ultimate player. In February 2019, Asa Butterfield played for Panda Global under the nickname Stimpy. Team Liquid’s announcement made on Twitter hints at what seem to be his two favorite or most played games, Smash and Dota 2.

Most likely, Asa Butterfield will join the content creators team of Team Liquid and probably will even start streaming under the Liquid banner. He does have a Twitch account, but he kept it inactive since 2017.
